The estate offers free private parking on site with no reservation needed, family rooms and interconnected rooms, a restaurant and bar, room service, breakfast, a coffee house, non-smoking rooms, air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets and tile and marble floors. A shuttle service and airport transfer are also available at an additional charge.
Outdoor spaces include a garden, terrace, sun deck, patio, picnic area, outdoor fireplace, outdoor dining area, garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Accommodations with a private kitchen have a washing machine, refrigerator, stovetop, kitchenware, dining table and cleaning products; private bathrooms have a bath or shower, hairdryer, towels and toilet.

Pets are allowed on request. There is no internet access at the estate, a choice that suits the slow rhythm of the countryside. The staff speaks Italian, English, Spanish and Czech.
